HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

The people centred culture of our organisation and our wish to even better meet the needs of our human resources, have made us create a department that deals with the planning and support of programs and policies concerning human resources. In its responsibilities are included, among others:

  • Seeking and finding of new collaborators 
  • Management of issues that concern the labour relations of employees. 
  • Training, education and evaluation of employees. 
  • Supervision and active participation by means of proposals on issues of benefits, payment, and the development of employees in the organisation.
  • Management of administrative issues relating to staff.
