CINEMA LICENSES
For the use/incorporation of existing musical works in the sense of musical compositions, as well as the intellectual property of the poetry which is set to music (either for each item separately or in a combination of the two)* in an audiovisual production such as: a long film, a short film, a documentary etc. which is primarily intended for screening in cinema halls and/or festivals and/or television, interested parties should first secure the permission of the corresponding creators/intellectual property owners. In the case of musical works of creators-members of AEPI, the relevant license is issued by our organisation after the necessary agreement of creators-members for every particular use.
*Works that have been produced especially for the corresponding audiovisual production are excluded. For the use/incorporation of existing musical works (in the sense of musical compositions as well as intellectual property of poetry which is suitable to be set to music (either separately or in combination)* in an audiovisual production such as: a large film, a short film, a documentary etc., which is intended mainly for screening in cinema halls and/or festivals and/or television, interested parties should first secure the permission of the creators/ intellectual property owners of the works. In the case of musical works of creators-members of AEPI, the relevant license is issued by our organisation after the necessary agreement of the creators-members is secured for each particular use. 
*Works that have been created exclusively for the needs of the relevant audiovisual production are excluded.
The producer of an audiovisual work should inform us in time on the particular works he wants to use in the production, sending us, completed, the relevant permission request, so as to secure the legality of the use of the works concerning intellectual property, before the realisation of the use and pay the relevant fee.
